I was born in Budapest. In 1983, I received the Wolf Prize, the “Nobel Prize in Mathematics”. I obtained the Kossuth prize and several professional awards, I was the member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. More than 1500 of my articles were published on combinatorics, graph theory and probability theory, written mostly with co-authors.
