The ZsKH application processes only the data necessary for the operation of the service, ensuring the user experience and possible error corrections.
The purposes of data processing may be:
- operating the application’s functions;
- analyzing errors, crashes and performance issues;
- managing account-related data in the event of optional user login;
- providing user support.
3. Scope of processed data
The application may collect and process the following data:
- Technical data: device type, operating system version, application version, error reports, IP address (system-wide logged, not linked to a person).
- User data (if logged in): name, email address, or identification token, solely for the purpose of identification and functional operation.
- Does not collect: biometric, financial, health, location or other sensitive data, unless expressly permitted by the user.
4. Legal basis for data processing
Data processing is based on points a) (consent) and b) (performance of a contract) of Article 6(1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By installing and using the application, the user consents to the data processing specified herein.
5. Data retention and deletion
- Technical log data is automatically deleted within 90 days at the latest.
- The data related to the user account is deleted immediately when the account is deleted.
- The data is stored by the developer only for the time necessary to operate the service.
6. Data transfer
BioDigit Kft. does not sell, rent or transfer user data to third parties, except:
- if required by law
- or if technically necessary for the operation of the service (e.g. Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics).
These service providers process the data according to their own data protection regulations, which comply with the GDPR and Google Play data protection guidelines.
7. User rights
The user has the right to:
- request information about data processing,
- request correction or deletion of their data,
- object to data processing,
- withdraw their consent at any time.

8. Data Security
BioDigit Kft. takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure that user data is protected against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
9. External links and third-party services
The application may link to external websites or services. BioDigit Kft. is not responsible for their operation and data management.
The user is obliged to familiarize themselves with the data protection regulations of these services separately.
